For new home construction we can creatively fine tune your existing plan or create new from conception. We will then provide plans, elevations, general furniture arrangements, lighting plans, paint, electrical and plumbing schedules and detail cabinet drawings.  These plans can then be reviewed by a licensed draftsperson for official certification.
